Services and other information

• Phones. Most mobiles work, some need you to stand on one leg in the corner of the lounge.
• Internet access is available at two places in Machynlleth and may be provided at the hall by arrangement.
  
• Tyn Y Berth Hall is centrally heated with the benefit of some underfloor heating and an open fire in the main living room. Central heating is free.
• A tv (free channels) and DVD/video player is provided..(but there is so much to do you won't have time). CD players, toaster, two fridges, freezer, washing machine, bread maker, microwave, hair drier, games, books , microscope, telescope, guitar and amplifier and equipment, art materials, Eisel etc.
• We welcome responsible pet owners. Please keep pets on a lead.
• Smoking is not allowed in the Hall. There is a conservatory attached for this purpose.
• For those with young Children 
  A travel cot is provided.
  Please be aware there is a small pond.
  Tyn Y Berth is set back 50 yds from the road and has two drives.
  There are no gates at the entrance.
  Stone/slate walls are a feature of the area. For safety sake please don't allow children to play on or near walls.
• Pubs and church about one mile.
• Shops and railway station around six miles.
• Buses will usually stop at the end of the drive. There is a bus stop 1/4 mile away.
• Deposit is refundable if we can re-let to someone else and we will always do our best.
  If we cannot re-let then you will be responsible for the balance.
